Loyalty Rewards Program
You (Xtreme Customer) can earn 10 rewards points each month of service. Points can be accumulated to redeem for prizes as outlined in the Xtreme Loyalty Rewards Prizes below. To quality for points, the following terms and conditions apply: a) you must be enrolled in autopay and paperless billing. If you remove autopay or paperless billing features from your account, you will no longer be able to earn points. The balance of points in your account must be redeemed for prizes within 30 days of removing autopay or paperless billing or they will be forfeited. b) Your account must be paid in full and in good standing to earn points. If your autopay payment for service is declined, you will have 5 days to make a payment on your account to receive points. c) If Xtreme suspends your service for non-payment, all points accumulated will be forfeited.
Xtreme Loyalty Rewards Prizes (Subject to availability – prize offerings may change. Contact customer service for current list of prize options)
Once you have accumulated 100 points or more, you will be able to redeem your points for various prizes. A complete list of prizes will be posted here soon!
Xtreme Cash
Each month, Xtreme Internet will select one winner, at random, to receive a $25 Visa gift card. To qualify for the monthly random drawing the following terms and conditions apply: a) You must be a Residential Xtreme Internet customer with an account that is in good standing* b) You must be enrolled in autopay and paperless billing. *An account that is in “good standing” is one that is paid in full each month with one or less late payments. Customers that have been suspended for non-payment within any 12-month period prior to drawing, will not qualify for Xtreme Cash drawings.
Xtreme Referral Rewards Program
Xtreme Internet rewards customers with a $10 bill credit for each referral that becomes a new Xtreme customer. To receive referral rewards the following terms and conditions apply: a) Your account must be in good standing* and enrolled in autopay and paperless billing. b) The customer that you referred must present your name or acknowledge your referral at the time they sign up for service. c) The $10 credit will be applied to your bill 3 months after your referral customer has been installed with service if: i) The new customer has a current account that is in good standing* and ii) The new customer is also enrolled in autopay and paperless billing. *An account that is in “good standing” is one that is paid in full each month with one or less late payments.
